As an Austrian company with its headquarters in Vienna the Plaut AG is subject to the Austrian law on shares, however because of the listing it is subject to the German law on stock-broking. The obligation of the issuer towards the shareholders to provide information also results from the regulations of the Federal Institution for Supervision of Financial Services (BaFin). The following obligations concerning publication result from this.
