Application Management

Plaut provides individual, professional services for all Application Management issues, including the fields of
-  Application Support,
-  Application Maintenance and
-  Application Consulting.

The support is guaranteed by especially trained and qualified staff with consulting experience. The aim is a comprehensive support of users and the continuous enhancement of the SAP system. Beside the speedy debugging of the SAP standard programs, customized applications or interfaces, customizing or programming are carried out, if required. These tasks can be executed remote or on-site at the customer.

SAP Maintenance and Software Maintenance

Within the framework of the SAP software maintenance contract, Plaut undertakes the First Level Support for problems within the SAP standard applications. The Plaut Customer Competence Center (CCC) is certified by SAP as Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE).

System Management/Outsourcing

The Plaut Data Center was audited by SAP and has been certified as SAP Hosting Partner since 2002. In the case of Hosting, we provide the complete SAP system in our data center. The SAP users access their servers via remote lines.

Vice versa, in the case of Remote System Management, we support the SAP system on-site at our customers and take on the operational responsibility. We support customers who intend to operate the SAP system themselves, on a case-by-case basis, within the framework of second level support agreements. Moreover, our specially trained consultants provide support for challenging SAP basis projects. These include, among others:
-  SAP release upgrades,
-  data base change and
-  UNICODE migrations.

uses a modern services infrastructure for efficient, customer-oriented support services according to the ITIL guidelines. The continuous error- and problem handling within the incident, problem and change management is guaranteed via a modern ticket system. Our highly skilled and committed support staff are able to address our customers‘ inquiries and requests individually, and actively point out problems and errors that are to be expected. We guarantee a proactive support via tracking and monitoring systems, e.g. the SAP Solution Manager and system checks.

The SAP Support and the Plaut IT Services Team work together in a closely interlocked partnership in order to generate the maximum customer benefit from the synergies.
