As part of the SAP software care contract Plaut takes on first level support for problems in SAP standard applications. Furthermore the Plaut CCC provides individual remote support for the applications. The Plaut CCC is certified by the SAP AG.

System management by the Plaut Data Centre (DC)
Hosting (outsourcing):

In this form of service we provide the complete SAP system. Our client gains access by a remote line to his server. The Plaut Data Centre was certified by the SAP as an SAP Hosting Partner.

Remote System Management:

We take care of the SAP system for our clients on the spot by means of remote line and take on the operational responsibility.
