Since 2 January 2003 the Plaut AG has been listed on the General Standard of the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Market. (From 1999 to 2002 it was listed on the New Market). As an Austrian company with its headquarters in Vienna the Plaut Share Company is subject to the Austrian law on shares, however because of the listing it is subject to the German law on stock-broking.
