Consulting
Plaut’s Human Capital Management consultants look back at a long and successful tradition of SAP HR or HCM implementations. We cover both, the classic modules personmel administration, payroll accounting, capacity planning and organisation management as well as novel requirements in the area of talent management with sub-modules like e-recruiting and enterprise learning as well as HR portals and "shared services".

Application Management
To us, it is a matter of course to support our customers after the implementation and to constantly optimize the SAP HR module. This includes the preparation, consulting and implementation of SAP processes in the HR environment, the processing of change requests in the SAP modules HR human resources administration, human resources development, human resources time management and organisation management as well as the supervision of technical interfaces to other systems by cooperating with our data center (see SAP hosting and basis operation). Moreover, we provide 2nd level support for SAP-relevant HR-questions for our users.

Business Process Outsourcing
We take over the complete data management of our customers, from the recording and administration of master data as well as personnel data relevant to the payroll, up to the payroll accounting and its verification, including all legal requirements. In addition, we take over printing, enveloping and dispatching of the payslips. We name a direct contact person to our customers who executes or coordinates all activities, as required. The BPO staff is part of the HCM team and is therefore able to guarantee an optimal support for our customers.
