Annual Document according to § 10 German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)
The German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz, WpPG), requires all publicly listed stock corporations to provide the general public with a document containing or referring to all information published or otherwise made available to the general public in accordance with market requirements by the issuing company in the previous twelve months. This so-called Annual Document includes all ad hoc announcements, Director's Dealing, annual and quarterly results. |
